it's been 5 business days since ordering my sim card online for Nova Scotia Canada...any idea on expected timelines so I can initiate service as a new customer??

Are you near to any corporate Koodo or Telus stores? And are you able to get to them? You can find those in the Find a store link below.

give it at least 10 days...could be as long as 3 weeks.
