Hi there. I signed up for a plan yesterday thinking my phone was e-sim compatible, it is not. I purchased and installed a physical sim card but can't finish the activation because the app is saying my phone isn't e-sim compatible. What do i need to do to have the app recognize the Public Mobile sim card and complete the activation?
