I am trying to activate my sim card, and at the top of the choose phone number page, in red letters, it says " OnlineActivation/PhoneNumber/LoadErrorMessage " and will not let me go any further. Any suggestions?

Sometimes after multiple tries, the SIM number also goes invalid. Try repeating it after clearing cache etc and if it still doesn't work, you might have to reach out to the Moderator_Team to check whether your SIM number is still valid and follow their process to get activated with them or go to a store to activate.

I had similar issues I had to use ncognito mode
Of course I had to wait one hour before session released my sim card. Flash your cashe close all browsers and wait 50 mins
