"You can transfer your number from another provider or select a new number. In either case, here’s what you should know:
Mobile Phone Number Transfer | Landline Phone Number Transfer |
Alternate Phone Number | Complete billing address |
First and Last Name of the account holder | Alternate phone number |
You’ll also need to provide one of the following: your old account number or your ESN/IMEI/MEID number or your account PIN | First and last name of the account holder |

@ahmd_rawIf you are a Koodo post paid customer you can easily do it yourself via this page. Make sure you have all the information required for the transfer (ideally you have a copy of your bill with you).

@ahmd_raw If it's prepaid Koodo then you'll need the assistance of moderators. If it's post paid then you can do it yourself when setting up your self serve account and following the prompts under "Get Started"
For moderators click on SIMon ? mark bottom right of the screen and submit your ticket. You can also try this link: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
