Could we get more details of the activation problem?
Are you porting your old number over to PM or picking a new number?
What is the error code?
What page did you completed?

can you tell us more what problem you have
do you have error like 821 or 837?
but first , check your credit card and confirm if PM has charge you yet before you decide what to do next
If PM didn't charge you on your earlier attempt, you can try to activate again
If you activate with porting in your number, please provide the account number for your old provider instead of the IMEI number

Activate with a brand new phone number at Public Mobile. If the Koodo number is attached to a postpaid account, log into your Public Mobile Self Serve account (after activation has been completed) and request the porting of the phone number from there. If it's a number on a prepaid account at Koodo, you will need to ask a Public Mobile customer support agent for help. Normally, that's done through the chatbot, but as there are technical issues currently with the ticketing process, you would need to a send a private message to CS_Agent.
