My wife can not access her account as we have the same email address, how do we set up a separate account for her

Each PM account has to be opened with Unique email address.
Aliases are allowed meaning abcdef@gmail.com is NOT the same (for PM) as abc.def@gmail.com even though it is the same email account. Thus use alias if your mailing system allows it.

The activation system should not have allowed that. To get this fixed, you'll need the help of a customer support agent. Please open a ticket using the chatbot.

@clinkerboy yes PM system is one e-mail for only one account.
Some people might suggest using email alias, but it can cause other issues depends on the way you setup the alias, especially after system update
3hy not get a FREE email address, from Gmail or Outlook.com , for the purpose of the new PM account??
