setup without app?

try to setup my parents on a old style flip phone but it aaks to use app.  I already chose physical sim,  why need app?

@yekepar168 you can help by installing the app on your own phone to complete the activation.  Once all done,  they don't need the app anymore and can access everything using the browser 

But check and make sure the flip phone phone is VoLTE compatible with PM network before proceeding with the subscription
