I have an iphone 10 and wish to use my number on my iphone 17. Says I need to contact Public mobile support for assistance.

did you use an eSIM before? and if the last eSIM you got was 15 days ago, you can ask for reimbursement
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

You just need to download PM app on the iPhone. Login, fonyo Account page, Purchase sim card and choose eSIM

Naaa, you don't need to contact them. Just download the public mobile app on the phone, sign in, download an eSIM, it may or may not cost $5, depending if you had one before, once eSIM is set up, you're good to go. Very easy to do.
