setting up account/registering sim keeps failing....... help!!

just purchased a sim at walmart.. said i'd set up the sim at home..

initially went to the second screen, selected the option to keep my current number.

after entering the info, would not progress to the next page.

now, when i try again from the start, not progressing past the first page...

need help ASAP!

unfortunately, after having waited over an hour and using a different browser, it still gives me an error after the second page. 

guess i will be contacting a moderator directly.

this has been quite frustrating to say the least.

yup. it gave me that error where it told me the sim was in an open session and i'd have to wait  50 minutes before restarting the process.

I suggest you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate.  include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.

@marcnav, you might also need to wait an hour or two for things to flush out of the system otherwise you might get messages about the SIM card being an issue.

@marcnavClear your cache/browsing history and try another browser / disable add-ons / private browsing / incognito. If you are using safari / cell phone go to a real computer.
