My account is for 25>00 per month. Didnt make my payment before the 27th. Made payment april 30. nothing account wasnt activated. May 2nd, made another 25 dollar payment. Still NOTHING. So I have paid 50 dollars plus tax for a 25 dollar account and have nothing to show for it, except bank statement showing both payments coming out.having my

I don't think rebooting your phone will take the $25 from the $50 Available Funds balance and reactivate the account @BKNS27 🙂
But, once your account status changes to ACTIVE @ram1500 , then rebooting wouldn't hurt.
If you are still having issues getting your account status to be Active, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

Follow @softech 's advice. Sometimes the payment system will take your payment but will not automatically reactivate your plan. When this happens you must force the system to take your payment out of your available funds.This is best achieved by using the lost/stolen feature. To reiterate :
- Go to plans or usage page.
- Click on lost/stolen.
- Suspend your service.
- Log out/in.
- Resume your service.
Your service should automatically reactivate. Your overview page may not update your status right away. To confirm go to your transaction history. Check for your plan amount charges listed : 30 DAY PLAN....$10 and your data or minutes charge $5 or $15+ with today's date. Once confirmed log out and reboot if necessary.

@ram1500 After an account got suspended for non payment, the account won't reactivate itself even you top up the fund.
First check if Available Fund = $50 in My Account.
if so, that is good, you have enough fund to reactivate. You just need to click "Reactivate current plan' and then logoff and reboot the phone.
if that does not work, you will have to use the Lost/Stolen trick:
Login to My Account.
Go to the plans or usage page and click on lost/stolen to Suspend the service.
Log off and then Wait 5 minsutes
Log back in My Account, Plans or usage page and click on lost/stolen, then Resume the service.
The plan will automatically reactivate since you already have enough funds to pay for the plan.
