did you just join PM and not able to get it activated?

if you just joined, and not activated properly, PM might be able to refund you the money, message them here (I assume you cannot use Chatbot to open ticket as the account not properly activated)

But if you have been using PM for sometime, then you have to cancel ithe autopay.  Just login My Account, and disable Autopay from Payment and Manage Subsrcription

But if you want to keep your number, then you can request porting with yoru new provider.  But keep in mind, your PM account needs to be active for porting to work

@runs  You can port your number out is 1 way . You can log into your account and turn off auto pay ( auto subscribe ) 2 way 

Turn auto subscribe off/on

And finally you can ask support to remove credit card info from the account right away and you won’t be charged again 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
