How do I find out service in a specific area in my city...I recently switched from freedom mobile as there service in Barrhaven was horrible. If anyone could help that would be great.

Since freedom has the worst reception, if you were getting a signal from them then you won’t have to worry about public. You’ll get a strong signal no matter where you are. If your curious, here’s the network map:

There's no network that's works good in any place. The best way to know is to try the service. Find someone who is using Public and try it where you will be using it most often.

Public Mobile is owned by Telus so you'll be on the Telus network. They also use Bell towers.
