self serve account sign up - glitch

I am trying to sign up for a self serve account. i enter the phone number and it is supposed to send a 6 digit text to the phone. it doesn't come. does anyone know why this is happening?

Are your able to receive calls and text to your number?  It's a number port involved here.  Perhaps there's been a glitch with that.

@tcryslerI would suggest try again in off business hours.. usually late night the system seems to respond better.. Just in case the number you are verifying is a Public Mobile number right? and your phone does not block any numbers?

Can you can make a call,  send texts otherwise to other numbers?
