Hi I've purchased roaming to use in the US for today, but it is not working.

can someone please help

@hairbag1- I think the new system is one step now. I started in writing the same thing and stopped. 🙂

Loading the 10 Day US Roaming add-ons are a 2 step process. Load $$ in to your Available Funds...then actaully buy your desired add-on. Make sure you select the correct one....the add-ons only work whilst in US.

Manually select either of AT&T or T-Moble..whichever works best where you are.

They've retired alot of the 3G service in US...so talk might be an issue.

For rhe ability ro make and receive phone calls, please attempt to only uae the T-Mobile network.

Can you connect to T-Mobile? If you bought a talk feature then maybe even set the phone to 2G only. Data and texting should still work with either T-Mobile or AT&T.
