I needed to suspend my account, upon reactivating, the auto pay reward and one another disappeared. Do I lose them?

@1981rz you can submit a ticket to CSA and ask if you are eligible to have he missing rewards to your Available Funds.

 

Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

@1981rz hi yes if you suspend your account fo any reason you will lose rewards for this cycle they will return next renewal

@1981rz   did you suspend via Lost/Stolen?  If that is the case, then YES , they might "disappear" but PM Support can help to restore them.

 

But if you suspended  via non-payment, then they should be still there.  

 

Either way, you can open ticket with PM Support to have it sorted out:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
