When I try to continue my activation, I get the following error, error code: XXX.
Can anyone help me?

wherey you got that error? I just joined and find the activation went very well using the app.

@Sen2024 Are you using the app to activate ? You need the app not website . If same issue with app please
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

were you using the app to activate the new account? If not, please download the app
or if you were using the app, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the app
if that does not help, you will need CS agent to help out, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
