reset password

I am trying to reset password but I am getting ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled

any ideas? account was active about 7 months ago.. but then stopped.. so trying to reactivate it again..

@alexukie  You cannot reactivate that account anymore you need to start all over again. You will need a new sim and a new email to setup a new selfserve account.

If more than 90 days, your account/number would have been terminated.  You will need to buy a new SIM card and activate a new number/plan with new email address.

You account would be deactivated after 90 days.  You would need to setup a new account.
