Hello
I am trying to setup my Public mobile sim and port my number from Bell.
I received the message from Bell asking for authorization. By the time I replied the request had timed out and it was cancelled by Public Mobile.
Could you please resend the transfer request to Bell again

@nana51 - I have sent you the porting team number via a private message in the top right corner of screen (Sometimes covered by your profile pic in top right.)
Please call them and explain the issue.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
