resend transfer request

Hello

I am trying to setup my Public mobile sim and port my number from Bell.

I received the message from Bell asking for authorization. By the time I replied the request had timed out and it was cancelled by Public Mobile.

Could you please resend the transfer request to Bell again

  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call

Please call them and explain the issue.

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
