remove auto-pay

@Shannick  click on the 3 dots on your original post  to remove your phone number from the post.  this is an open forum and you don't want it posted in public

anyone way to remove Autopay is to just dial *611, but you need to know your PIN for that.

My suggestion  is...if you have access or control of his account.....you might want to change the password to the account. And you have other pertinent information like pin # etc to be only accessible to you.

@Shannick   As already suggested remove your tel. number and names from your post by clicking the 3 dots top right of that post and then edit/delete.

How To Update or Remove Your Payment Card

To update or remove your credit or Visa debit card details,

1. sign in to Self-Serve.  Once signed in,

2. click on the ‘Payment’ tab,

then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’.

you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, or ‘Remove this card’.

You will need to review and confirm this change to your account,

or call *611 remove autopay or 1 855 4PUBLIC ,, and you need account 4 digit pin,

You can call 611 on your phone and toggle it off.

Or login to your account > Payment > Manage autopay
