Hi there,
I have registered for Public Mobile, bought the SIM card, received a phone number and activated my account. However, I was told I would receive a 6 digit code as confirmation by email and have not received anything yet. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

for public mobile successful activation, only email for welcome,
check your email spam,
go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, Status Active,

How do you know you registered, unless you got some confirmation. Check your wifi link did not drop at that moment you hit ENTER or Submit. Try again or go to official Corporate PM agents in Town, not Walmart or 3rd party agent stores booths. You can look up Corporate stores on their website.

There is not such thing as a confirmation email. Upon successful activation, there is a welcome email only. I suspect that a phishing site may have been used during activation. For every legit site, there is probably a dozen malicious sites that have a similar url. This is the Public Mobile activation site.

Never heard of a 6 digit pin for Public Mobile.
a) Does your phone work with all services?
b) Are you able to login to your account?
