regarding Sim card

My sim card is not working.Its locked and require  PUK code. So, from where i can get it.

There's no such thing as a network unlocking code or SIM network unlock PUK for any Apple device, so this must be the PUK specific to your SIM card.  Please use the chatbot instructions previously provided to open a ticket to get your SIM card's PUK.

It's true that Samsung can help with a Samsung device askng for a SIM network unlock PUK, but the concept of needing that code isn't specific only to Samsung.  Any phone that requires a network unlocking code can require the SIM network unlock PUK, something that Public Mobile can't help with unless the phone is locked to Telus (although Public Mobile can help with the Public Mobile SIM card's PUK).

there are different sim unlock PUK.  If yiubreally looking for sim card unlock code you can open ticket with CS Agent 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

First type Contact CS Agent,
then select the only choice there:  "Contact..",
from the list of ,  choose "Other"
finally click the the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent


If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
