i purchased the $30 US data talk/txt add on July 18, my trip got cancelled. The add on is unused and will not be used. Can i get a refund, please.

i would be happy with the refund used on some data add on.

i sent a message to CS Agent as instructed. i received a message back to send my phone # and PIN, which i found odd as the have all my info? been with Public for years np's. anyway  replied with my # and PIN and have heard nothing since.

It is best to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on the envelope icon on your computer and explain your situation. There is a chance you may get a refund credit.

@hohawk  Typically all sales are final and no refunds . You will need to submit ticket with support to see if they can compensate you

@hohawk PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund.  But if it is unused, likely support can reverse the transaction for you, please message them here:
