Good afternoon. I have had Public Mobile for a couple months, and it never worked great. On Dec. 6 I moved to a new location, and then it only worked if I was standing outside. So I changed to a new provider on Dec. 12. Payment was taken from my account on the 11th, so I would like a refund for the remainder of the month.

The customer doesn't need to contact a customer support agent for help as there's no help for them to provide in this situation. It's important to avoid sending members to open tickets unnecessarily.

Sorry @dhb1 , PM is a prepaid provider and won't provide refund for early cancellation like your case
But talk to you new provider instead, some are nice enough to give a one time credit, especially with Koodo and Telus
But

Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service so normally no refunds.
Depending on your renewal date. Best time to port to another carrier is a couple days before your renewal date.
It was reported by others that the CS_Agent are strict in giving refunds and only for mistake in activating a new account.
