I set up my husbands account as a referral from me, but in June the points are no longer being applied to my account. How do I contact someone to fix this?

That is exactly what I noticed on my bill. It turns out that they changed the rewards system, in that you have to go to your rewards tab and look at the catalogue to redeem accumulated rewards. Once you have $15.00, you can apply it to your bill. There are other items you can "purchase" with points for less than $15.00.

@Dorothy31 as long as the code was entered correctly, the points will be there. They are being displayed differently now.
On the Rewards tab, scroll to the bottom it will show a number. After renewal, the point value will appear.
But you can use the chatbot to create a ticket to ask.

@Dorothy31 they are applied in points to your Rewards account. Did you check the rewards transaction there??
