I have notice in my rewards that i am not being rewarded for friends referral despite my referral still being active. Please suggest who should i talk to about that

I'm assuming he was getting it, but recently just stopped getting it, and he thinks the friend is still active.

Or are you saying that you are an old user, your friend was referred by you three years ago, and you still aren’t getting the $1 per month referral credit? Just trying to get the background.

So you are the new customer? Your friend referred you? You should get credit within 72 hours. If not, you should contact moderator as suggested above. You should get either $10 credit (if you activated instore) or $25 credit (if you activated online with the most recent promo)

my friends is active for last three years

How long ago did your friend activate? It can take up to 72 hours for your reward to show. Any longer and you may need to contact @CS_Agent
