I registered for automatic payment from my credit card. But somehow, my phone has been deactivated today. I have checked and manually payed the amount due, but my phone is still deactivated? Would you help me solving this problem. Thanks.

If your selfserve says your account is suspended/expired but your phone is still working, never mind, it's "normal" near renewal date.
