"Your services are on hold" Message when I have a active credit card on file

So i just logged into my account as it looks like my first month at public is ending. But I see this "your services are on hold" message on my account. I have a active credit card on my account with the subscription button turned on..

I am still able to use my data, texts and calling which is odd. My plan is supposed to end today.  

I also added a automatic change of plans to the $50 US/Can 5G plan when my current plan ended.

 

Anyone else having this issue?

if your service is working, just ignore the message, you usually see it on renewal day only, system still renewing the service

Yes, everything still works and I never lost service. I assume this is a glitch in the system?

Just following up on your request, is everything working on your phone today?

It's fine. Happens every month on the renewal date. Your phone will still work.

This is normal if your renewal date is tomorrow. Your account will show it is on hold until the transition payment is processed.

If your phone have service, just ignore the notice.

Don't do anything. This is your renewal happening. As long as your services are working then just let it be.
