hello,
im trying to transfer my number from virgin and public mobile app shows
"Phone number not eligible for port"
Virgin said there is no issue on their side so they told me to contact public mobile. how do i resolve this issue?
Also how do i get help from public mobile regarding this other than posting on here? @CS_Agent

it is possible small number of phone number cannot be moved to PM/Telus. Some technical reason behind.
But if you like, you can also confirm it once more with PM support and ask if they can help with the sim card. you can submit a ticket here:

My mother-in-law had this problem and it was because she wasn’t checking her email for the verification code of switching her number over and you only have like one chance to do it and within a certain amount of time is what we found out when we called customer service

Unfortunately, this number isn't eligible to move to Koodo Mobile.
I already bought the sim card and paid for it.. do you know if I can request a refund?
