"Invalid SIM card" error on brand new SIM card and no response from Moderator Team

Hello,

I bought a brand new SIM card and tried to activate it. When I entered 19 digits number on first screen I got an error "Invalid SIM card". I read the forum, tried to use different browser, cleared cache, restart computer, used different computer, nothing helped.

I have contacted the "Moderator Team" and still no response.

I missed a promotion that finished yesterday, because couldn't activate a SIM card. Very disappointed. 

Could you please help.

@irinafe, Unfortunately, wait time for moderator response is currently somewhere in the 48 hour range.  It seems that you have tried the usual 'tricks'.  You will need to just wait it out.
