The first one is plan data. The second one is the add-on gift. If you changed down then you would drop the plan data down to 250MB. You would keep the gift.

Sorry @vincyo,  that was a Holiday bonus and has since expired, unless you registered service while it was in effect and applied the bonus add-ons BEFORE January 1, 2021.

EDIT:  However, if you haven't yet registered, check out the Announcements section for the still on-going New Year's promotion of free data + 2nd month free.  Although the free data only applies to $25 and up plans, the 2nd month free is applicable to all plans.
