I am having trouble with my payment as I have my profile name as Jen and it should be Jennifer. how do I change this?

For name, login My Account or App and change it on Profile page, or Account page on the App
For payment , wait 24 hours before your try again. If you need to renew or resume service now and cannot wait, buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart and load the voucher on My Account or App or dial *611

log in to your account using the app, tap Account > Manage Profile...there you can update the name on your account.
