problem on porting from wind

Good Morning,
I've tried to port from Wind Mobile to Public Mobile first times that activation is failed and my credit card is rejected. The second time I have tried a credit card from another bank and it works and has successfully deducted the money from the card but activation page gives me action request have failed error in red and below the red lines it gives me activation request have been processed, but the activation is not done yet and since the Saturday evening nothing happens. I need your urgent support, because I sold my cellphone because it is locked to wind and I bought mobile locked to public mobile so I borrow a mobile from friend and I need my public mobile line to work soon please.

 

Appreciate your help. I know about the heavy work load you have but please help me because I am in a bad situation.

I ported two numbers from Wind and they both failed at the first/second tries.  I just refreshed the page and submitted... and they went thru finally.

I had the exact same issue.  I'm a little further ahead in the process.

 

I have phone working, but I can't receive calls.  I can't receive texts.  

I can make out-going calls and I can send out-going texts.

 

Help pls.

The problem is that I published all my details on this post and now I need to change them all now so I need my line to be functional to change all the details

@Mohaly you should DEFINITELY remove ALL your private info.  This is a public forum and thats alot of private info.  Your PIN is there?????

I don't think it's a good idea to reveal your personal account details on public form. You should wait for a moderator to ask you to private message them.
