I want to change my price plan but no plans are coming up and keeps giving me an error. Tried the site multiple times but continues to be the same issue. Also restarted the device and that does not work either. What can I do to be able to change my rate plan?

Blank plan details and other miscellaneous website errors happen on a regular basis. When plan details are blanked out, the list of available plans to change to will also be blank. Usually, all is need is some time for the site to start working properly again.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.
Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.
It is recommended to change plan on next renewal so you don't lose any unused minutes, texts or data.
