 I need to speak to a person. My account was on autopay and last payment was July 27. I got a phone message that my account had been disconnented and I could resume by paying the next 3 month instalment. I'm currently in a position where I MUST have cell phone access so I paid it.

Please see what is going on and why my autopay was not working, and perhaps stop the payment I made today.

if autopay failed or payment card expired but you need service restored FAST...get to Shell gas or London Drugs and get enough Public Mobile payment vouchers to cover renewal costs..then dial 611 to add them to your account and Resume service right away. If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area..they have Public Mobile vouchers also. After than, you can deal with autopay or card update at your leisure.

Sometimes autopay fails unfortunately. PM has 30 day payment cycles. When was your next payment date suppose to be?

No number to call but open ticket is the only way 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
