Hello,
I recently activated my PM sim card. Its been about a week since I've done it. I put it in my phone and all works well with the number they gave me. I would live to port my old telus number. I've gone to change my number, inserted all of the information that they require and it immediately sends me a message that it cannot port it. Please help if you can or do I have to get a moderator to do it?

Hey there.
Just go ahead and do what @ShawnC13 said about checking The I amauthorized before inputting the number.
Also you can read this amazing article by @Luddite in case of things maybe still not working out

@therese38 when you set up your account did you use the same email as your Telus account? Does it say your number is not available for porting or a different message? You could try again and check the Authorized Person to port box first then provide your old Telus account number and make sure all information is the same as it appears on your Telus bill
