porting number from koodo prepaid

Hi,

I want to port my koodo prepaid number over to my pm sim. Messaged the mod team 4 times over the last 4 days but no response. Am I supposed to contact someone else?

Send moderator another private message as you had waited long enough.

I sent a private message to moderator two days ago and I got help this morning (42 hours after I sent my private message for support).

Unfortunately these days yes. But once you're in and settled it would only be on rare circumstances that you would need them again.

  • If you are transferring from a Koodo prepaid plan you will need to select a new number at activation, create a Community account, and then send a private message to our Moderator Team here to complete the transfer to Public Mobile.

You may need to message a moderator again.  It can take 48-72 hours for a response.
