This is a prepaid service with no refund option.  

Porting is a process led by the receiving carrier brand.  All that is needed on the Public Mobile end is the account being active at the time of the number port.  Please contact the new carrier to assist with number porting problems.

there is no need to cancel, PM agent can help. But if you want to cancel, the step is the same , submit a ticket and ask
