points redeemed not applied

Hi, On July 22 25 I redeemed points for $15 towards my bills. I redeemed points twice. The credit has not been applied towards my bill. Please let know why'

July 22? that was too far away and you just find out now?

it has been over 6 months and you won't be able to check from your Payment history (only 6 months of history there).  You need PM to help

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
