My service was working until yesterday but suddenly stopped.

I have not changed my payment method.

When I try to resubscribe, it says my promotion will be removed.

I believe my account was paused or deactivated by mistake.

I would like to keep my current promotion if possible.

The payment has gone through and my phone is working again!!!!! Thank you everyone so much!!!!!!!!

Check the expiry date on the CC. If it has expired then you need to make a manual payment with the new CC.

They told me on the phone that the credit card payment couldn’t be processed.

I haven’t changed my card, and there is enough money in the account, so I don’t understand why it didn’t go through.

It has been working the same way for the past four months…

that's a secret number that you provided back when you activated your Public Mobile account....ring any bells ??

If you don't remember it but you can still log in to your account...use the app to log in > click the Account tab >scroll down to see Reset Pin Number.

do not try to change plans or resubscribe right now....just dial 611 to hear current plan status. It might be that your regular plan renewal failed...autopay does occasionally glitch. If you remember your Public Mobile pin number, you should be able to pay and resume service by dialing 611. If you can use the app, log in to your account to see current plan status as well. You'll be able to pay and resume service.
