Hi, we upgraded a plan yesterday and added $50 to our account, but our minutes are still at zero. This is problematic, especially if our calls are urgent. Any ideas?

Hi, we finally got it straightened out with a rep. As I explained, we did everything correctly, according to the screen prompts, so I think perhaps there was some kind of database glitch.
As a database programmer, I have seen that happen before.

Did you change plan or renew your current plan?
You can change your plan using self-serve online. But you need CS_Agent to help you to renew your current plan.

Since you changed your plan to be immediate, do you also see the new plan listed on your Self Serve account?
IF not, log out of your Self Serve, then open a tab in incognito mode. Do you see the new plan?
Also, ensure your status says ACTIVE. IF not, hit the resume/reactivate option.
If rebooting doesn't start your service, also try toggling into airplane mode, than back to regular mode.
You could try a reset of your network settings also, perhaps this will ping the Network to reflect the change you made.

@loggerman Did you change your plan with option to change immediately or change on next renewal. If you did it immediately, check your payment history and see if payments went through for the new plan.

@loggerman : Did you schedule the plan change for your next renewal? Did you do an immediate plan change? Just adding money doesn't do anything until you use it or the renewal happens.
