I received an offer from another carrier that is a better deal than I currently have with PM. I would like to stay with PM as a very long term customer. I see that you have a current offer that is very close to what the competitor is offering (Boxing Week $29 for 30GB@4Gspeed) but it says it is only available for new customers - but there are reports of existing customers getting this same deal. Can you make the switch on my account to this new offer?

Over a few days. When one denied my request, I waited a bit to reach out again and got a different agent. I think it was the 3rd try that worked.

what do you mean "a few times" - like contacting them on separate days? or just some back and forth with them in one sitting?

I had success getting a Boxing Day deal after contacting agents a few times. Try your luck before switching.
