I ordered a new subscription yesterday and today the price has reduced.  Can I change my plan?

You cannot change your plan to a promotional plan once your service is activated

@Gargi1 Public Mobile does not have any price guarantees but if you contact a support agent and let them know you only changed it yesterday, they might be willing to change it for you but keep in mind there is no obligation on their side. Use the link below and good luck.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)

@Gargi1 , take a look at the plan offerings in your self serve account.  If you see it, then it is available to you.

Hello @Gargi1

Is your plan already started or are you waiting for your SIM card? If you don't have a phone number yet, it means the plan hasn't officially started. Meaning you'd have to reach out to a CS Agent and cancel your plan or ask them to change it if they are able.

Please use the chatbot to open a ticket: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html?lang=en

If you receive an error message that you are unable to open a ticket, send a private message to a CS_Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 .

A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:
