My plan is expired because I forgot to update with my current visa card, It was suppose to renew today.(july 4th 2022) I went into my account and replaced with new visa . My current plan is $50 which was suppose to renew today, but it's still saying my plan is expired. My daughters and husbands accounts have the same issue.

Hi @mazieriver2 you added the new credit card successfully?
Autopay way will not try again even you added new card. You have to go and pay manually. Please try to use the option "Other.." and do not try to use "Amount Due". "Amount Due" has problem often

@mazieriver2 hi if you just replaced your card you may need to make a manual payment if your plan says supended look for a reactivate button and press it to resume service reboot phone

You now need to make a manual payment. Use the other amount option, not amount due.
