plan change charged twice

Hello today was the first day of a 3 month plan and I decided to go with a different plan so I changed it and I was charged for the full amount and not the diffence between the 2 plans just wondering how to get my money back for the first plan that was less then 10 hours into a 3 month plan?

Good luck. PM is generally quite reasonable in these situations as long as you use only minimal data.

BTW: You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum  (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators.
