@darlicious @BeachNBeer - OP does not know the 4-digit PIN, so why include it in your instructions when private messaging CSA?
CSA will ask you what they need to know to verify your account. Adding these details may not be as helpful as you think.

@Kmlhns If you want to change your pin only support can do that for you.
Contact customer service agents.
Open a ticket via:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html (faster response time)
Type "ticket" > Click "Contact Us" > Select your issue > "Click here to submit a ticket↗"
or send a private message to:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
and describe your issue. Include your name,phone #, account #, Email address, any info you can to validate your account to speed up authentication process.

You chose your 4 digit account pin # at activation. Pm usually texts it to you from 611 after activation. You can also check for it in your settings under SIM card text messages.
Otherwise you can reset your 4 digit account pin # by contacting customer support. They cannot tell you what you chose as your 4 digit account pin #.

You can't change your PIN yourself through self serve in your account, you need to do that with a PM Agent.

You might find the pin you created or were given in your texts or even on your sim. It's from 611. Only the support people can change it.

Sorry you can open a ticket/connect with an agent to do this click on the bubble in the bottom right or a few other direct links you will find on here as well.
