I paid my bill but still no service

im having the same issue. I see the funds have been taken out of my card that I use for autopay but when I look at my account, it says I haven’t paid and that my service has ended.

Login to your account and check to see if it is Active. If it is, just reboot your phone by powering off then wait 2 minutes then power back on.
