@crushton Is everything up and running now? If not have you contacted a moderator? Does the sim in your phone have the same last 4 numbers printed on it that show in your self serve account when you select change sim card?

Hell @crushton ,
Try one or more of the below:
*rebooting your phone
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again

@crushton there was a network outage earlier. try restarting your device to see if it reconnects to the network
