Clearly you have enough funds to cover your plan cost. I suggest to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info. They will take a look into your account and see what's wrong.

Well, the system should not ask for more unless you are on a different $35 plan. What's the exact plan are you on? Do you see the $25 voucher added under Available Balance?

No, taxes are prepaid when you get the voucher. So the voucher amount is 1:1 with the self-serve amount.
@aza123 Are you on a 30 days plan or 90 days? How much more the system is asking to pay?

It' 25 plus tax. If u only adding 25 dollar then u need to top up bit more
