for Koodo prepaid, activate PM account with a temporary phone number first.  Once activated, message support for manual porting help

For Koodo postpaid, you can activate and request porting after the payment step

Koodo pre-paid or post-paid? Post-paid you can do yourself. Pre-paid you need to take a new number and then ask support to transfer your number.
